BTU Baloney!

my first try at a blog.... Terry Preuss UNEDITED is born today!

 I write in stream of consciousness... TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT... NO CORRECTIONS... NO RE-READS. IT IS WHAT IT IS!!! 

These are the words the UNIVERSE is telling me to share... WEE HAA!

Terry Preuss: ON FL bats today: 

WE have to keep at it Keep reaching out in every imaginable way until they listen. Mary Niemeyer and so many here are heroes, dedicated to giving the voice in many new ways. WE need that! We need so much of that! Vanessa Lorraine Skipper we have many great leaders in our locals, MANY. And our state leaders do much... MUCH!! I respect Andy Ford very much and have so far, except for a cancelled meeting where he was going to try to help me get down to the bottom of something our executive board has been trying to uncover. He has been there, and shown a willingness to take some action. Now I will meet with him later this month and am grateful for some state oversight in Broward county because we need OVERSIGHT! I am not BASHING anyone. I am telling my story with TRUTH to POWER as any brave BADASS would. If the individuals involved don't like the TRUTH publicized,m perhaps they should think at EVERY step what TRUTH they are creating for us, because I for one, belkieve it is my duty to discuss and make known injustice and unethical behaviors in my local. I was elected to do so. TRUST me... and people like Leslie Starr and Anna Fusco, and Joanand Tom James and Dawn Owens and others on our executive board and countless stewards in our county KNOW THAT THIS IS NOTTTTTT ME BASHING! TRUST ME ON THAT!!!! If anyone truly wanted to bash, they could do far more than say the few truths I have here said. I DO NOT BASH., I speak TRUTH to POWER. That is my ETHICAL responsibility. To just "behave" a certain way because it is expected, or because it is what leaders WANT is what caused hundreds of folks to drink the koolaid on the Island of Guyana and brought fame to the Jim Jones Massacre. "Behaving" is not what we need not. we need VOICES, IDEAS, PROGRESS, SOLUTIONS, A NEW MODEL AND BRAVE LEADERS. You do not get that b y remaining quiet to keep the GRAVY TRAIN from losing it's spokes. Leaders have been putting thir fingers in the dam to stop the leak for decades. It won't continue to work. Too many of us know that too many of us are hurting with the same kind of pain and at some point it becomes NEGLIGENT for anyone... including our UNIONS to continue doing things the same old way. This is Terry Preuss UNEDITED. I rarely check for errors in grammar so I apologize in advance! IDEAS AND GOOD REASONING FOR BRILLIANT SOLUTIONS THAT SERVE TH 21ST CENTURY ARE WELCOME! But silencing the masses and covering up with area rugs might have worked in the 70's and 80's. It just won't cut today! My humble opinion. LET'S GET TO IT!
